Hi guys,
Not even sure if I can ask this on this forum but here it goes...

For some reason, every time I download a pdf file to my computer, it downloads as html format. Why is that? I need it to download as pdf.
I have the latest adobe installed from 4 days ago, so I'm not sure why i have this problem. Any ideas?

I've never had problems with this before in the past 10 years, but now that I have windows 7, everything is just weird LOL.

Please advice
Thanks,
LawDiva

Yeah, HTTP doesn't know about PDF, and ALWAYS downloads like it does with HTML. There is a MIME file MIME - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia If it is corrupted, or PDF isn't sent with the proper header or extension(which is how they match up), then the PDF will load as normaland look like JUNK! USUALLY, you CAN right click, save as, and run that as a file for adobe, or change the format, and bring it up in a browser. If the mime reference is damaged, the browser will NEVER work with a given non HTML format.
