I'm not American but I like supporting the US. Great spirits there by Dempsey and Donovan.

    Yep watching it here too. Come on you Yanks, don't forget yourselves and pick the ball up and start charging into people and stuff

    DAMMIT! LOL.

    But the americans worked hard. Great bravery. Great teamwork. None of the americans play for a big side (maybe except Howard who played for Man Utd).

    Great efforts though. Probably greatest underdog in the competition. (although I find South Africa pretty cool too)

    It was indeed an entertaining match from start to finish. It really was a tale of two halves with each excelling in each respectively. Overall the entire tournament was a great showcase of why we all love football so much.

    Brazil is one of those "I love em and hate em" kind of teams for me. They are always talented and I love to watch them -- but it's nice to see someone else beat them, especially a team that is the underdog.

        Yeah, I knew that (hence the wink). I was being snarky, in my own way stating I am not a soccer (football) fan, but instead a baseball fan.

        Let's face it - it's no where near as popular here in the US as it is in other parts of the world.
