it looks like there's a problem with the page link

when i access : www.paypal.com, it re-direct me to this URL :
https://www.paypal.com/id/webapps/mpp/home
and , that page shown the white page problem..

but, FORTUNATELY,
looks like i still access paypal with this URL
https://www.paypal.com/id/webapps/mpp/merchant

hopefully, it gets right later on...

only in my country i guess

i just try the URL https://www.paypal.com/id/webapps/mpp/home just now...
but it still a blank white page

i just got info that the country here try to filter the internet connection goes inside, and it seem its affect some websites (paypal is one of them, i guess)...

and now i have to use a IP router to open some websites...

I'm sure you have and I'm not being rude but have you contacted Paypal and asked them? They may be able to help, I'm sure you have but try on another browser too, I've had some issues with certain sites and Chrome lately.
