First off I really liked the show and it had good rating so when it just disappeared
I wondered why.

The father was always talking about family being more important then anything.
He also worked closely with law enforcement and the upper military echelon.

... and what really throws me is that the daughter always appeared ( to me anyway)
a great fondness for her father.

Good editing ? Bravery on her part ... completely flabbergasting to me.
I guess real evil really does come at you with a smile.
