The past few days have been really challenging for me. Anyway, late last night for some reason I remembered this little video. Perhaps some of you are familiar with it. It's called "The Dash". It always moves me deeply, helps put current challenges in perspective, and leaves me feeling a bit more grounded.

I hope it deeply moves and inspires some of you as much as it does me. (It's less than 3 minutes long.)

~Enjoy. (and grab some tissue!)

Thank you for your kind words Patricia. I'm feeling okay, just external stuff weighing heavily. But my intent with revealing that was really just to explain why I thought of this video, which I first saw 7 or 8 years ago, and why I wanted to share it here.

I'm sitting here with tears streaming - that hit home.

I've been waffling on a big decision this week - that video helped me make up my mind...thanks.

With all this crying going on and the fact I feel quite happy today I may save this thread for when I feel down, like on a Monday morning.

Many thanks anyway Cali and I hope everything is ok with you.

Thanks, Richard. The video is beautifully poignant and does often bring tears, but please know it's not intended to be a downer; rather, just a moving reminder about what really matters in life.
