Hello to all.

I need your help.
A friend is setting up a new website to sell sugar free cookies, biscuits and lollies, etc.
He needs a good domain name but some of the more obvious ones are already taken (naturally.).

Here are some that are free.
I would like your opinions as to good, bad or other ideas please.

sugarnothanks.com
sugarisgone.com
ihatesugar.com
verybadsugar.com
sugarisnogood.com
minimumsugar.com
bannedsugar.com
sugarnothanks.com

Thanks in advance.

I don't like any of them, they are all pretty negative.

Try going here for some other ideas: Domain Name Maker/Brandable Name Generator - BustAName

I typed "sugarfree" for domain ideas to start with, and got a lot of good possibilities. Be sure to check the "show taken" box.

The only one I like at all, out of those, is minimumsugar.com (but that's not right for selling sugar-free products, anyway?).

Here are two more sites which might help, just like the one Jack posted, above ...

I agree with Alexa, that "minimum sugar" doesn't work for a site selling sugar free treats. Laurence, the domains you listed seem to be geared more towards a site that expounds the dangers of sugar, rather than a site for selling sugar-free products.

So what, first you live in my state and then you live in my mind?

I was going to say almost the exact same thing but I would have put it this way...

I don't like any of those Laurence, as they all have a negative connotation to them.

      See what I mean?

See, now I'm torn. I was thinking the same thing as Jack, but he beat me to it. I was all like, "well, great minds think alike." Then you came along and, well, now I'm confused.

        We are selling different brands.
I like them both in the order you listed them. The first is more brandable. The second, possibly more Google friendly.

So are you informing me that you're not in good shape? Your terminology is telling. You said I'm torn as opposed to I'm ripped.

I see what you did there. Your reply had his name in it, and it sounds a bit like it wasn't written by a monkey with a typewriter.

          Very effective!

This is really, really mindblowing. I am thinking that tornado located in the epicenter between Ohio and Grand Rapids did some sort of mind meld.

Between those two, I would build my brand on lovesugarfree. But I really like sugarfreefoods and would grab it, then figure out how to use it later.

I think Jack is spot on. Minimumsugar.com is the only one I'd consider for your purposes.

I think it must have a brand name if you sell food (snacks) like sugfre.com? I just check it's still available just my opinion ^_^

I like the first one better, Laurence. I really like that it has the word love in it. Sometimes people feel slighted in having to eat sugar free foods, like diabetics. But by putting the word love in it, that puts a positive spin on it.

I wondered who'd take the bait...

My guess was that Claude would feel the disturbance in the force and swoop in just before Terra could fire off a response.

No Kay it may be 2.

I suspect his wife said it when he was much younger and now Jacks said it. So that's possibly 2 nickels.

I'm not taking bait either, I'm a psychic.

    ok the winner is sugarlessfoods.com.
(Lexy, I was surprised it was available too so I grabbed it while I could.)
It has been registered and we now have to work on it.
Because we may carry a larger range than first anticipated, we felt that it would work well and it got some positive feedback here as well so thanks to everyone for your input.

    I don't need anymore now.
