Who's afraid of bromine?

If it answers your question - I never eat bleached flour. I don't always go organic with flour - but I never touch brominated flour.

Did you read the part in that article about it leeching or absorbing lead, merucury, etc? Well why would I want anything in my body that helps to transport mercury around? I try to keep that crap OUT of my pineal gland. This chemical should be considered scary to people who drink fluoridated water, have amalgram fillings, etc. or so forth.

Every one of these corps that use chemicals in making our products says "but it's just a little bit". Well add those little bits all together that we are bombarded with from our environments and you end up with one huge overdose of heavy metals in the average person's systems.

I actively eat substances that are able to clean this kind of crap out of my body. Metal poisoning has a lot of symptoms - but, unfortunately, so do a lot of other things. There's a lot more people walking around with metal toxicity than people often realize.

Thanks - I can do with as little of it as humanly possible to get.

Sal, would you mind sharing what you eat to help with metal toxicity? Besides chlorella, I'm not sure what other foods / supplements are particularly beneficial. It's scary to think how many toxic metals and chemicals we're exposed to regularly. I also agree with your statement that those tiny amounts do add up.

Ah gee. I'm having a lot of people asking me this. We live in an environment just loaded down with crap. There are a few things I take regularly for detox - but there's more to detox than just to "take something" even if it's just eating a natural food. Detox is more than just eat this and that will go away.

I will say this - if you are taking chlorella - you're moving the mercury. Where are you putting it? If your glutathione and intestinal systems are down, you aren't taking it out of your body. Yikes, huh?

Okay - well, I'm not gonna type these kinds of answers repeatedly. They can't be answered well in just a few sentences by listing a few ingredients. Detox doesn't work that way. I guess what I'm going to have to do is just write up a PLR report on detox. At least make all my work at taking care of myself and all my research and typing time worth it on this one.

I understand that detox is much more than just eating certain things. I've done and continue to do a lot of research in this area. I was just curious if there were some beneficial foods that I wasn't familiar with. My apologies for asking.

As for chlorella, no, not taking it at this time, and yes, understand the importance of glutathione.

No need to apologize. I just get a LOT of emails. LOL. I hate to just list some stuff because there are people who think that's all there is to it -- the "alternative medicine" crowd, whether they realize it or not, are often in the same mind as pill poppers are. Eat this and you are automatically okay.

I'll send ya a pm. Okay?
