Seems she mistook the IRS and the State Lottery. Good move.

Waait a second! This was a STATE TAX RETURN?!?!? This was at a STORE BANK she went to?

If I were the IRS, I would have spotted this WITHOUT knowing the name of the person, or even how much they made!

    1. Store bank? Doesn't sound like a company!
    2. Collect a check that large, or even a check these days? "
    3. A person waiting for a 94 million dollar refund is going to keep calling, like that, like she is poor or something?

And How many COMPANIES in the US pay STATE taxes that are that high?

She COULD have taken a clue from the HOW TO STEAL TAX MONEY classes that were on. The last one I saw showed a person that had like 20-30 thousand relatively SMALL checks to the IRS. I think he said that he got like $7 million. I could see the IRS failing for THAT one at first blush, if they didn't all go to the same address.

It really IS remarkable! The IRS takes SO long to give HONEST people the money, and never tries to match up what they were paid, or from where! INCREDIBLE!

Her real tax money went to bail out the bank where she tried to cash the tax return. That doesn't matter because it's legal.

LMAO, trying to cash a $94 million check at a grocery store bank. If you listen real close you can hear a cashier asking for a price check on Eggos.

I lived in Cobb County, GA when I was in Atlanta. They ran a couple stings there that were hilarious. The county sent out notices to about a hundred people who were wanted on various criminal charges - saying they had won a cash prize in a county wide "drawing". Almost all of the people showed up and were arrested. It was hilarious - the crooks walked into the building and gave their name/address/social security number to people sitting at a table there.

The police did it again about 6 months later - and people still showed up! You'd think the word would get around....

Not being a legal expert (or even a novice), I wonder if that wouldn't be bordering on entrapment.
