Dear Prudence,

Road Trips: I love to travel, and really enjoy getting away for the weekend whenever possible. However, my boyfriend of four years has put a real damper on this for me. He seems obsessed with the idea of my flashing truckers when we are on the road.

LOL, you got in with this comment a few hours ahead of me.

Am I the only one here who doubts whether the letter was actually genuine? Call me a skepchick but I think sites/publications like that sometimes make up some of the letters to which the "agony aunt" replies, don't they? Isn't it a little far-fetched to imagine that anyone could really be stupid enough to need an agony aunt's advice, on this subject? On the other hand, if you wanted people to talk about and/or link to your advice column ...

The most disturbing thing about this girl's question (to "Prudence") is that she even has to ask anyone what she can do.

Based on what she described, her boyfriend sounds like a self-centered, immature jerk. He obviously doesn't respect her or care about her feelings. He also either thinks nothing of endangering people's lives (including hers and his own) or is too stupid to even consider the potential consequences of distracting someone driving an 18-wheeler down the freeway at 65+ mph.

Sounds like she's on the same intelligence level as her boyfriend.
My advice to her would be to get a couple pieces of cardboard and draw a breast on each one, then flash those.
When the boyfriend says that's stupid, tell him so is his idea.
