Sources of Magnetic Business Cards and Personalized URLs for Direct Mail
I am testing some direct mail campaigns to absentee owners in Salt Lake county right now--a series of 4 letters and 4 postcards that will include 2 yellow letters, a letter with lumpy mail, a letter with the see-through window and dollar or check inside, and postcards ranging from wordy to short to pretty to ugly, and including the personalized URL in one.
I'm happy to report results as they come back...so far only mailer #1 has gone out (to 500 people) with about an 8% response resulting in one listing for an investor/agent I am partnering with who pays me for listings AND wholesale fees that result. I'm sure there will be a few deals done by the time all 8 are sent...we're testing the mailing frequency between 3 groups of addresses (1/week, 1 every 2 weeks, 1 per month).
Anyway, just thought I'd keep this thread alive and also ask for 2 recommendations:
1) Places to get a good price and fast delivery of magnetic business cards--I want a yellow house-shaped one for people's fridges.
2) Personalized URLs and landing pages, so my postcards will give people a link for more information, like www.saltlakeinvestordeals.com/bill-clinton/ with their name in the URL.
