Contracts For All of My Offline Services

So I am getting contracts ready for a new sales person and I am having trouble finding some good ones. Eventually if I have to I will have a Lawyer write some up, but I am basically trying to find good contracts for web design, facebook fan pages/promotion management, twitter background/account management, youtube video creation, Google places, hosting/maintenance, etc. I already have a good SEO one that I have been using. I haven't been using contracts in the past for other services, but I will need to give this new guy the contracts just in case.

Anyone know where I can find good contracts that encompass all of these services?

Jake, I actually just wrote one a few days ago. Ping me on skype if you're able.

I'll add that an agreement can just be a simple letter listing what service you are performing, the fees, and the term and contract length /termination.

I need this too. I am not able to afford any lawyer services for now. Can someone post examples or some direction on how to obtain them
