This forum is a great place its full of helpful people giving out great advice.
However it can be a bit of a bummer with some threads that ask for help (not a problem) but fail to add what the OP already has planned , already knows about , what the busines in question is already doing in terms of marketing etc often the OP doesnt give enough details to really let people help them other than by giving generic pointers and/or typing 5 paragraph responses only to be told 'yes Im already doing that' or something similar.
So if you really want even more help than you get, give out more information on what youre already doing, what ideas youve got planned, more about the business in question (without telling too much of course) , more what your capabilities are or what (if any) restrictions you have re outsourcing etc .
Make it as easy as possible for people to help you without wasting their time.
If you just do a thread 'Ive got a meeting with XYZ, what can I offer?' come on, thats looking lazy, show us that youve thought some things through at least, youre own ideas are likely to be great and then they can be built on even more with the fantastic advice youll receive.
Never be afraid of saying what youve already got planned, dont be ashamed of admitting restrictions in ability or knowledge, be proud to ask for help. Above all, make it as easy as possible to receive the help you really want.
