I believe the testimonials, years of experience, and used the strategies himself all somewhat go hand-in-hand. Obviously one would expect him or her to have used the strategies they are teaching, and during that process one would assume he or she would develop years of experience and testimonials and case studies to back it up.

A FB page would mean nothing to me. And as for the book, I don't think it's expected, but would be impressive and enhance their credibility.

Why are you worried about credentials? To be honest, nobody cares. And those that do, trust me, you don't want them as clients.

All they want is someone who can clearly explain how using the internet/technology/etc puts more dollars in the cash register, period.

And why 2 days? or even a full day? Most of them don't have time for that. I did 1/2 days for $500 bucks and never had a problem filling a room or getting clients on the back end.
