How to print csv leads?

Ive done some research, i rarely work with microsoft programs so not too familiar.... basically im exporting csv leads and hundreds in one single file each time i export... we have alot of values or columns if you will per lead so its a long mess in csv format right now for each users "lead".

How do i take each csv file containing hundreds of leads each and print out each users info in a clear concise, eye friendly manner for sales?

Thank you, appreciate it.

look up excel macros. There is a basic compiler embedded in excel.
So you can do complex things, but from what your describing, you only need
    to create a macro.

A some what simple macro can take each line and each cell of each line
and print one cell under each other and then call the printer function.

    Like this:

    Cell 1
    Cell 2
    Cell 3
    Cell 4
    Ect.

or you can put several on each page or one per page... whatever works
    best for you.

You could use MS Words mail merge function and just create your own layout for then map each field in the csv file to the corresponding field in your form.

What are you exporting it to? If it's something like ACT! or Access or most CRM's it will support a CSV file. If it does not support CSV, then open the CSV file and resave it as an excel workbook (in any range of years), then export it to the program you are using.

Totally missed the "print" - however it still would be easier to export the file to a crm and print individual files that way. Most of them have that capability so it'll do it for you.

ok sorry but nothing so far has helped......

the users data has many columns like

First Name Last Name State City Etc

there is about 20 columns like this per user...

i just want it to print out clean like

    First Name: Mike
    Last Name: Doe
    State: New Jersey
    City: 01100

For some reason i cant figure out how to do this in excel and its driving me crazy. I dont have a CRM right now, im just exporting the csv file from my database.

Any solutions would be great i mean i figured with a csv file i could find so many ways to do this yet i keep printing up messes. thanks

This is simply to print out leads for the sales team. Trying to make sense of something like this when i print it... each users data goes vertical now with about 20 different inputs per user.

hey i may just be spinning everyone wheels because im not a frequent user or excel but i just tried what you suggested......

    a) its cutting the text off if it spans outside the box size
    b) its not putting a,b,c,d,e,f,etc on one page for one user...
its putting a,b,c,d,e on one page for all the users.... then the next page has f,g,h,i for those same users....

so its not compiling "one lead" per page but 5 variables of a lead on one page with 20 different leads so not sure if this is my error or its just not working for this.

    page 1 printed

    page 2 printed

so after i did this a lead will be printed as:

    --page 1--
    MikeDoe mikedoe@xyzcom
    JohnDoe johndoe@xyzdotcom
    DanDoe dandoe@xyzdotcom

    --page 2--
    hey im mike doe
    hey im john doe
    hey im dan doe

    What im trying to accomplish:

    MikeDoe mikedoe@xyzdotcom
    hey im mike doe

    JohnDoe johndoe@xyzdotcom
    hey im john doe

    DanDoe dandoe@xyzdotcom
    hey im dan doe

by the time my developer was done doing this, we could have hooked up a salesforce api and had it automatically input the leads into their interface, i could log in every morning and press mass print (date)

 why do i constantly make life harder on myself... should of just payed their monthly fee and did that... Bending over picking up pennies, while dollars are flying over my head...

just signed up for free version, this is a printable view of a lead (exactly what i need)

Think im just going to sign with them today. Sales are more productive with paper leads in front of them with three bins, untouched, follow up, dead lead.... then each having computers with a CRM system, about 50% more sales once their computers were taken out.. figure that out? But again, i will just use it myself and print them out leads. thank you everyone!

    Hi there,

I'm afraid you'll need a macro for that. Instead of struggling with it, why don't you just go to Fiverr and have someone create the macro for $5?

    All the best,

    Sasha.
