Easy Way to Line Up Offiline Clients

Let me start by saying, I've used this before and it works. (emphasis on the period)

This is actually really simple.

First I decide what service I want to offer.

I come up with something of VALUE, by thinking from the business owner's perspective.

Then I create an offer that can NOT be refused.

Then I call up the type of businesses that could benefit from my service and conduct research.

I basically ask for the owner and present myself as a "future" business owner.

I ask if they have a second for me to run an idea past them.

If they say yes, I proceed to present the idea as if I DON'T know if people will want it.

By the end of the convo, they're normally asking me to keep them in mind when I start my service.

FIN.

Need an example?

Ok let's say I was doing the leasing method, where you pre-rank a website in advance, for a keyword like: Italian Restaurant in Philadelphia

I would call up a few Italian restaurants in Philly and present the leasing method to them as if I was trying to get their opinion on a NEW idea.

Then I would run a price past them, one I know they can't refuse, this is normally when they ask me to keep them in mind when I actually "start" my service.

It's simple, but effective.

You can use email as well, but this is also a research technique, so getting an actual business owner on the phone to pick their brain is priceless.

Go figure, the best way to get clients, is to ask them what it is they want and how much they would like to pay for it lol
