Opinions on how to make this method better?

I stop offline marketing to work on a memebership site and ebook for the past 6 months, but one I release it and set some automated marketing in place I place to go back to my web design business.

This was my method for over a year and I would like any input to expand it so I could possibly go full time. I would only take on 2 projects at a time.

I would offer just a wordpress website ($700) or Wordpress website with on going marketing which would include a monthly fee ($1200 plus $200 to $400 on avg on going free for marketing)


How I would get business?
I started of with one friend that work at a bank with small businesses. He would basically
Recommend my services and I would give him a commision. From there I reached to another friend that was an accou You still up in the air about ur girl coming or have you made up ur mind?ntant and he gave me a ton of business. I was averaging about two to 3 projects a month. What I would want to do now with getting back is to really go for the goal of full time
income. Does anyone have advice on how to expand this model cause it did work for me before but I want to grow it?
