Can you generate Auto insurance leads?

I am an affiliate of a company that sells auto insurance, health insurance etc.

Does anyone have any experience with advertising this type of business just by providing a number for people to call?

I don't understand what you mean by affiliate of a company that sells auto insurance. Are you an agent? If so, where are you licensed.

To the best of my knowledge all of the carriers already have a website that allows a person to buy direct. They even advertise that fact. When we had a P&C agency we even told our clients they could buy online. As you can imagine the website we sent them to was our affiliate site so we got paid whether they came into the office or stayed home and purchased.

That's a lot of words in response so I hope it answered your question.

We've changed the focus of the agency. We no longer do the property and casualty insurance line. Our concentration is in life and annuity with retirement planning as our specific niche. We also have re-entered the 403b marketplace which is a sub-niche of the retirement arena.

I am an affiliate that promote auto insurance service with a number in my ad for people to call for a free quote. The number is assigned to me to identify my leads .

I make $16 for calls duration for at least 2 mins. They do not provide a website and nothing is done online.

_The_ best prospects of all are Pay Per Calls, especially for a 'consultive' product like insurance. Here was one of my companies: The Mobile Pay Per Call Marketing Professionals - ValueLeads.com (I sold it a year ago). Go to Broker Outpost - it says mortgage brokers, but the leads suppliers also handle insurance leads:

Loan Officer Forum - Mortgage Brokers

Also, get in touch with invoca.com - a solid, call management company

You can now run insurance ads in front of people who are shopping for
      cars.

Right down to make and model and when they intend to buy...

as seen by this example inside Facebook

      Enjoy!
