Way to Edit Local Business's Subheading Appearing in Google Maps?

One of my client's had something pretty terrible pop up. If you look at their listing on a Google Map, they have the subheading of "horrible place". Yikes...
Their rating is 4 out of 5. I set them up with a nice reputation management system, all that great stuff. But they have 2 negative reviews (one a year ago and one 3 years ago).
Google for whatever reason grabbed "horrible place" and slaps it right on the map, when you see them listed.
Does anyone know a way to get that off? Or replaced with something else?
