Webinars for Lawyers?

I have a client who is an attorney and am considering pitching him on the benefit of running webinars to potential clients.

Does anyone know of any good case studies showing results for this? I know webinars are great but I'm wondering if there's good evidence to suggest they really work for lawyers in particular. Let me know. Thanks!

    I appreciate the ambitiousness you have and ability to think outside the box for local clients. However, sometimes out of the box thinking is simply outside the box because nobody else would want to do it.

    I hope I'm wrong, but I just don't see the value in it if they're trying to get local clients. Now if they're trying to release a legal DIY book or something, or a related course for IM purposes then maybe.

    Webinars in my opinion are great for marketers... not great for lawyers and other trades to get clients.

    Maybe an SMS service would be better, to help them avoid no-shows. Other than that, I think sticking to the basics for an attorney would be wise.

    What area(s) of law does he practice and how large is his law firm?

    Estate planning is one area where it might work - or just educational videos.

    I'm thinking webinars are for large numbers of prospects. How much work can his firm handle well?

      A series of short youtube videos on specific topics works wonders and can be used in so many ways. Especially if you pair it with a top 3 list of things to come prepared to the lawyer on each topic.
