Bob Ross's mailing system, personal mail or ADs mail?

Where I live, I can only send the postcards to the 'Only ADs' space made for each home, I can't send it to each personal mail for each home, even if I could these giant Bob Ross's postcards wouldn't fit in it anyway.

So I would need to send and put these giant postcards into the 'ADs only' section of the mail of each home, so if in a home complex there are living like 4 families, I would put 4 postcards in the Publicity section of the mail.

I don't know if Bob's system works like that or he puts each postcard in each PERSONAL mail.

    That sounds bizarre, where do you live, is this a gated community or something?

        Hmmm, well, I have been living in Europe for a little over a year from the states. Where I live, there is no such thing a Ad's only boxes, so I don't know.

        Probly nobody else here even knows how to help since we have so few details.
