Help with promoting to companies

Hi there, I run a Personal Concierge Service business, working mostly with private individuals at the moment. Things is, I'd like to work for companies on a B2B2C basis, and have them offer their best clients a subscription to my service in order to improve customer experience. Customer will get a private concierge service anytime and companies can access their customers profiles and activity reports in order to deliver better products or services.

What type of campaign would you choose? Thanks in advance for your advice.

I don't have a specific answer to your question, but I knew a guy once that was pretty much a contractor with some major players locally (large corporations) that worked for those companies and was the go-to guy on site to take care of the employees. The companies paid him something to be available, and he offered services through them to the employees. Not sure how he structured it all, but he did really well with it. I'd personally love to learn more about what you do. I like such personalized service businesses and think I could probably incorporate something similar into my own business someday. Best of luck with it!

Thank you. Yes, we also offer to take care of employees, this is a new concept where I live, there's actually no one who offered any kind of concierge service before. I guess, in a way, this is a good thing, however, it's kind of hard to implement.I feel I need a lot more than simple newspaper advertising, and not sure if facebook can work, if I try to reach companies. If anyone can share their experience or has any tips, i'll hear you

  • This is a fairly personal service, so I think you could sell it in person. Why not pick a couple of offices a day and deliver free and unexpected starbucks along with your promotional materials.

Taking Patrick Christoph's great idea a step further...go to a local owned bakery/coffee shop and ask them to give a free small coffee (via certificates you print with their info and yours!) to your prospects who are near the bakery/coffee shop. They get new customers for very little money and you get your intro "gift" underwritten. Even if they offer it "with purchase," you're still delivering a nice surprise to prospects. Maybe the coffee shop/bakery would give you 4 coffees per week to drop off at one office per week or a plate of goodies per week. You'll be doing marketing for them for free AND you get the in-person memorable intro, right?

You'd get better results with individuals. Company executives have assistants who do that already, it wouldn't make sense for them to have a service they already have.

  • Perfect! and now the coffee shops are your marketing partners as well.
