Pay per performance call center marketing

Would offline marketers be interested in paying only for actual sales closed by a call center? Pay per performance call center marketing. Of course, the marketers have to provide the call list. Of course, the payment processing has to go through the call center or an agreed upon third party so there are NO ripoffs.

Does this solution already exist?

it exists, but takers are far and few in between. Centers have considerable costs, and ramp up time, for any campaign can take 2-4 weeks to get dialed in correctly. Centers normally will not hedge that time for back end profits, especially if it is a new and untested service or product. This was easy to do years ago, when overseas centers were green and naive. But now since they have been screwed so many times, why would they risk it. It is better to have a dark room than a bleeding one.

I believe this solution does already exist as I've seen this before but can't recall the exact source. If I remember correctly, the call center was in the Philippines. I think it's great for a high-ticket item.

The successful centers that do this typically focus on specific niche's and take on a very small percentage of projects. Basically nothing in the SEO/Web space because it's over saturated.

Being in the industry I know a ton of centers and the only ones that do it in that space are in the Phillipines or india and they typically require the client to pay hourly for lead generators to kick prospects over to closers...so you pay commission for the closers but hourly for the lead gen.

People don't understand how much labor is involved for call centers. Why would a center want to essentially fully fund a business with sales for free?

A lot of new people getting into the web/seo space on here actively reach out to me asking for pay per sale or commission work but don't understand why I'm not jumping up and down to sell THEIR product for them for nothing upfront. There are better, more lucrative and less risky ways to make money.

If your asking because you would like to start this service for people go ahead. You'll still end up spending money on phone costs and software even if you pay your filipino callers pure commission. And when they don't make a sale the first week they will quit. Which means you need to work with clients that have a sales cycle of less than 1 week, basically 1 call close.

Much better ways to make money, like doing appointment setting or lead generation and getting paid what your worth for money upfront.

However if your asking because your interested in using a center like this, spend your time selling on your own, and then pay someone to set appointments for you, and then try outsourcing on a base/commission basis because you'll spin your wheels forever trying to find a center that not only will try but then work out. Because if the center doesn't make money asap they quit too. Why would I divert attention from clients paying me 30k per month to a commission only no money upfront client who wants me to help him get rich hahahah.

That's some great advice from MaxwellB.

If you offered a service where you sold SEO to clients and we fulfilled it and split the price 50/50 or something like that.

    That would be pretty interesting.
