Offlne Businesss trust on online offshore web service providers?

I have establish myself very well in online market.Special thanks to warrior forum, WF help me lot.
I am running a very good web services company.
I work mostly for IM who work for offline business and create their own products. During my career as a service provider company, I have learn lot about IM and having good knowledge of creating product and selling product online.
During my career I observe that almost 80% of freelance work is from few major countries specially US. I am researching about offline business these days and I have seen lots of business have very poor and out dated website and one can server and help them in a more better way with less cost...
I am trying to approach them from off shore with online strong portfolio with complete customer support from call to chat..
I have created the plane and I am sure this plane will work the only thing I am concern and have no experience is that whether they trust on a company outside US and as it easy to convince them...
