Ultimate Book of Phone Scripts

A while back Claude mentioned a sales trainer named Mike Brooks which led me to check out his site which I talked about here:

http://www.warriorforum.com/offline-...et-better.html

I signed up for Mike's mailing list back then. In today's email he talked about an interesting qualifying technique an investment seller used on him, one that he had never seen before. I can't reveal it here, but he will probably post it to his blog eventually at MrInsideSales.com.

Interestingly, everything looped around for me when in that same email he mentioned that Claude Whitacre had reviewed his book "The Ultimate Book of Phone Scripts." Wow, small world. Here is the review:

You'll also find other reviews Claude has done there on YouTube. As a copywriter and content marketing strategist, I recommend this tactic. Reviews of the literature your prospects potentially read is a good way to get your name in front of them.

Great book. But cold call techniques that works, pretty much tackle the same issue and with more clarity / opinion

For cold calling, I like the Stephen Schiffman book, better as well. But this book has scripts to carry out the entire sale by phone. It's probably the best book I've read on complete phone sales.

What if they're not stars? What if they are holes poked in the top of a container so we can breath?

Yes. I review, on my blog, the best and most popular sales books. Why? Because these reviews come up on Google searches. The people go to my Blog, and see...all my books.

I sell a lot of books that way. Also, people buy this book, and one of my books. So my book now comes up on an Amazon search, when you are searching for this book or this author.

    It's all marketing.

Claude, I think you need to change that to a New Zealand minute
because we are always a day ahead of New York.

Real life experience - JMO a lot of the people who worry about cold calling should just jump into a phone room job - they are always hiring and not picky, they just need to fill seats

Work a phone gig....then another....work an appointment setting room (easiest)...then be a fronter....listen to the closers - then move up to closing

this provides such a valuable experience, much better than any mentor or guru or "wso".

and yes, I speak from experience *lots LOL
