Do Rep Management? Is this true?

I have just seen on a marketing company website, that Google + do not like people to leave reviews for businesses off mobile phones. Their solution is to email the link, so they can leave review from computer later.

So I was just wondering is this true, does Google dislike reviews off mobiles?

Would be interested to hear your thoughts.

    I would think it would be the opposite...that they prefer mobile reviews.

    Google always wants the best results for the end user. What better source of information than somebody leaving a review while they are at the place of business?
