License for Mobile Renegaded Does Not Work

Hello,

I am looking for Ken Michaels. I have purchased Mobile Renegade. Unfortunatley, the license sent to me after the sale is not working. I went to go open a ticket and saw the message in the attachment.

After seeing a number of "Mobile Renegades" or "Renegade Mobile" in Facebook, I decided to come here and try to locate the author. I was told on another board in the forum that the name was: Ken Michaels.

Is this the best place to get support for the problem?
