Getting One-Click Daily Customer Feedback via Email
We're all familiar with those buttons in the airport where as you walk by you use a 
button to register your feeling on how you were "handled".
We see these in banks and other retail stores also.
I want to do the same thing but in the foot of an email so when a client sends an email to someone with a quote or a service related email the recipient can vote with a single click.
I would want a simple daily count like this:
21/7 - Happy (5), sad (1)
This would allow the business owner to gauge how well he's doing and follow up on any issues soon to avoid losing customers.
2 questions:
1) How would I do this via email?
2) Any ideas how I could do this at the physical store?
