Client does not have login details for G+ claimed page
I have a computer-averse client who had a family member/friend claim his G+ listing years ago. Now, he doesn't remember who, what, when or where. He has been asking around, but of course everyone is looking like Scoobie Doo.
His listing has some 3-pack spots in G+ local, so I need to keep this listing. Of course I need access to the page, thus I need the login details.
Does anyone know what my options are here?
