Is it possible to get a bookkeeper or an accountant in a different country?

I think it would work out a lot cheaper.

I will still use my UK accountant for UK advice and summit bankstatements to HMRC

I need someone to type in my bank statements onto a software so then I can see my financial statement. This would help me manage my cashflow better.

Stick with a UK book-keeper who will prepare everything as your Accountant wants it.

Sounds like yours is a simple set up anyway so s/he can do this once a month and shouldn't take too long so won't cost much.

Whilst you're at it get them to teach you basic finance if you don't already know.

Finally, the average Accountant dealing with businesses in the UK has between 100 and 150 clients. From large to small.

And a Book-Keeper will have not much less.

And they know the Financial positions of their clients.

And almost all will be within a 10 mile radius.

    And you do property deals.

    Think about it.

    Pretty cheap eh?
