Where to order MP3 players in BULK for clients

Hey guys,

I'm searching for some providers of mp3 players in bulk for clients. Not required to be branded, but we'll be ordering approximately 50 and will load on some audio content ourselves.

Thanks

well like HarrieB said aliexpress is great and also try alibaba.com and there are many sites out there. best to search on google and see if you can compare any prices cheaper then these websites.

In addition.... If you really want cheap products (don't bother about the quality), you can import them from China. Here's a one good site that also does dropshipping, just search MP3 player to get some options... Electronics wholesale from China, Direct from China at factory prices, Online Wholesaler and Dropshipper

BTW I'm not an affiliate, I just found this one in my list of dropshippers.

I would suggest Walmart. no need to BS around with getting stuff from China.. they have done that for you. Low end I think is like $13 and decent is $20.

If Walmart are selling "decent" quality for $20, they are buying for less than $5. It is not unusual to see margins like that, or even better when buying from China.

Don't bother with Aliexpress, because that is a B2C site, where you will pay China retail prices. If you want best prices, even for 50 items, go direct to the manufacturer in China, but you are unlikely to find them on Alibaba because most of the supposed manufacturers there are traders

You need to use a B2B site where those that claim to be manufacturers really are.

The Chinese site recommended by Jonathan S will charge you more than Walmart's retail.

My first and easiest place to start would be Ebay. you would be surprised what good deals out of China you can get there.

Maybe, if you are looking for 1 or 2, but as the OP is looking for a commercial quantity it would be better to buy direct from a manufacturer in China.

My only reservation there is that for a total newbie it would not be a good idea to treat it as though you are buying from WalMart.

I found several options of mp3 players on ebay for anywhere from less than $3 to $10 with shipping. These are dealers out of China and have thousands available.

My first question is why an mp3 player? I know you want to preload it with audio contents. Is it so you can use it as a premium give away for prospective clients? 50 units at say 5 dollars plus shipping, and the time and effort involved in loading the mp3 players with content and we are talking 250 - 500 plus dollars. My second question is.. Why not create a smart phone app? You can have a simple one made just to play your audio content, plus you can also update the audio with new audios at any time. Not only that but you can also capture user data like phone number and email address, etc. Programmers can create such an app for about the same costs, or less. No having to worry about defective players or getting the client to actually use the player to listen to your content. Also with an app you can use video! I mean I don't remember the last time I used a stand alone mp3 player, I always use my smart phone now.

    Just an idea.
