How would you promote a pay-for-results-only offshore call center to offline businesses?

How would you promote a call center that charges only for actual sales instead of call attempts to offline businesses?

I was thinking about an FB fan page/FB ads and LinkedIn outreach.

What do you guys think?

Real businesses don't want a offshore call center. It's incredibly low quality and they won't get any sales from it. Bad idea junk it or persue it and waste a bunch if your time. When I talk to big businesses almost always one of the first things they ask me is "your in the US right? You don't outsource overseas?" No one from America wants to lisen to some arab babblin, stumbling over his words trying to sell and tryin even harder to speak English. Just keepin it real man. People with money want quality service. I charge $30/hour per caller and don't even guarantee a centain amount of results.

I appreciate your honest opinion but I am looking for marketing solutions.

The offshore call center hires only neutral accent English speakers.

Any marketers have any ideas? Instead of paying for time, clients pay for results.

Use your offshore callers to sell the service,
        since they are so good...right?

There is a huge problem when it comes to this model that your going to find out. im not here to lay out a blueprint on how to run a call center and im not here to give away my secrets. let me ask you one question. what makes you want to operate your room charging commission only? are your marketers going to be closing sales right then and there or setting appointments for the client to call them back and close? Have you ever worked in or managed a call center? have you even been in phone sales? I would be carefull when you have the reputation of a company in your hands, is this b2b or b2c sales/telemarketing?
