Need opinions from marketing experts

I have no idea if this is allowed so if it isn't please feel free to remove this post, I am in no way trying to promote my company or products. I just need honest opinions on a marketing piece we are trying to put together. We have two pieces completed by non marketing experts, I see value in both of them but I am no expert either. The piece will be used in conjunction with other informational pieces about our services. The idea was eye catching but gearing prospects towards seeing the packages and prices and wanting to call for more information.

Can anyone give me some feedback, thoughts, suggestions? I would greatly appreciate it.

A lot of "corporatespeak," especially in the puzzle piece one.

I don't see these changing anyone's mind. They aren't awful, but they are bland. Of course, bland may be exactly what the target market is looking for.

I wish I saw a USP jumping out at me, but I don't.

Does GMR estimate the work will take an hour or less per customer per quarter?

Yes it is aimed towards small to medium sized white collar businesses. The work most def would take an hour a quarter or less. I agree with the bland statement, it's hard to determine graphics vs wording etc thank you for your input I appreciate it!

There are two big things here.

    1. These pieces are about you and not about them. To illustrate using another niche, not so great dental marketing talks about the dentist, the equipment, their training etc.. so its about them BUT the ads that resonate and make sales are about "them" the customer, shows a 50 year old woman smiling biting on an apple without fear of losing her denture etc...

    2. There is absolutely no reason in any of the copy for an action to take place. You give them info and prices that they can just use as a comparison to call another provider that gets their attention in a more compelling way but does not for instance provide pricing info.

Those are great suggestions! I never thought about it that way. This is the first time we used pricing as a 'sell'. I wasn't sure of it from the beginning and I think you hit the nail on the head that they will just go to our competitor and compare prices which isn't what we are intending to do. Employee benefits dont have a huge price margin to make or break a sale but to angle it from a 'them' aspect makes a lot of sense.

Are there business that are too small for you to serve?

I am dealing with a company that is a third party provider for workers' comp insurance,
payroll, and so on. So far their message about what all they even do is not clear. I blew them off
at first because it seems like we're too small a company for the benefits they provide.
We use a payroll software that is no big deal for our payroll....

I only spoke to them again because the current rep is pleasant and able to engage. She said
they have a worker's comp insurance that beats everybody. Now, it seems the insurance is only available in a package with the other stuff we don't need to outsource. Waste of everybody's time
and probably explains why she is the third rep since they contacted me.

In other words, make it very clear on who it's for and what's in it for them.
