Question on tracking referral phone calls?

There is a local mobile home sales person that is wanting me to drive traffic for him in exchange for referral fees when a home sales and so I have decided to create a landing page with the his information.

So what I'm wanting to do is drive paid traffic to my landing page, have a local phone number on that landing page, when called, will forward to the sales person's cell or work phone. I want a way to be able to track each phone call that is made and have a way that the sells person will know it is a pone call that I have generated.

Anyone know of a way to do this?

    The service you will need for this is the Call Tracking feature available from https://www.twilio.com/

    are mobile homes considered real estate? I know real estate agents arent allowed to pay or share commissions from a sale with anyone that isnt licensed themselves.
