You can use the Google Consumer Barometer to find out information on how local consumers use online services to research products and services.

    Thanks Joe, you are appreciated.

I'm not good (being an old fart set in my ways) with mobile or getting the use of the smart phone.

One of my demographics is women, 25-34 and this shows a majority are using smart devices to search, and then doing more online.

The future is about multi-channel, no doubt about it. I probably won't be going to the future with it, but, if those starting out, or still in the game...begin to meld mobile with online, they will be the winners for tomorrow.

Again Joe, your finds and research are always appreciated...except when I've spent an hour distracted from my work...ha!.
