Any ideas how to generate investor leads?

I'm working with a property investment company, generating them investor leads from Adwords, Facebook, and lead Galaxy.

These are passive lead generation avenues. Does anyone know where to look for investors hanging out where I can actively cold contact them - email/phone?

    Such a broad group are investors... from the elderly who have locked away a stash in low interest passive investments to the active investor who creates his own investment vehicle and resells them and everything in between.

    Scott, can you be more precise and is this location dependent?

      Of course. This would be more passive investors with 10-20k to invest in property options for a 20% return. Not a massive amount needed to invest, so it's probably for the newer or virgin investor, or those that would let the investment firm take the reigns for commission mostly.

      Location wise, the properties are based in UK, but investors are any where in the world except Middle East really. They have clients all over.

        So there's 3 groups...

        1 those that already invest in property options

        2 those that already invest in property,
        but not options

        3 those already invest in options, but not property options.

        The first group are the best because they already know the benefits
        of the investment vehicle, therefore your client gives them another option.

        The other 2 groups need to be shown the benefits
        of this investing vehicle, which means more work.

            will determine which group to focus on.

                Yes so that when you get in front of them you have the right message
                for them.

                For example I was involved in getting the right people in front
                of a financial planner.

                The previous campaign had generated 4 qualified
                appointments.[outside marketing professional team]

                Ours generated 31 for the same ad spend.

                Better targeting and better messaging
                caused the difference.

    The best way to find more investors is to make relationship (relationship marketing) with other property dealers and when I mean relationship marketing I mean "Relationship Marketing" only!

    Once you have relationship then you can move from there to asking about few investor leads once in a while.

    Though influencer marketing can also deliver but that is mostly done online than offline but again if you do that too (offline) you will be surprised by the results you get!
