Cold calling script for new service

Hello,
i want to run a small company which is going to offer ads posting service with copywriting included.

We are going to write professional ad and post it to 5 most popular clasiffied ads portal in my country.

I have big database of potential clients. I mean their business name, owners name, phone, email. Also I know they post their ad or not.

I would like to get some ideas from You, how can I sell my service. I think cold calling is the best option (?) but i have not any previous experience in writing cold calling script.

    i'll find something where i can help them for free (like i do with directory service) and will email+call them to connect
