    Seriously?

I can't even begin to count all of the things wrong with that question...

One thing I'll bet money on, he doesn't really want you to do that for him.

If he did, you guys would have already worked out payment and you
you would be telling us how much he already payed you.

    Edit:
erm - sorry if that sounded harsh.
However, if you really want to learn someone needed to give you a wake up call.

and one of the first things you should learn, is if your selling ANYTHING
know your prices before you try and sell it.

Another is - nobody really wants anything from you - unless they prove it
    ---> by giving you money.

about some of the sales stuff just give me a call sometime.
as you already know, I'll help.

Here we are 6 days later. I laid out my price 6 days ago and never heard back from the guy. You were 100% correct Ken, he never had any intention of hiring for this. Hard lesson learned.

I will never understand the satisfaction someone gets by wasting other peoples time.

Yeah, that sucks. If it makes you feel any better, it IS part of the learning curve
and it happens to the best of us when were learning.

He might have been genuinely interested at first ... and then you blew it somehow.

            or

Lots of people aren't confrontational, they prefer the easy route, the easy route
is not to tell you they have no real interest so they just go along with the conversation.

You need to learn about tie-downs, qualifying and conversation evaluator's.
So that things like this don't happen and when they do,
you can spot it, understand it, evaluate it and determine
on the spot if you should actually get them engaged and committed
or realize its not worth pursuing.

btw; there are probably ten or more "or" but I dont feel like writing a book

Gyms around here have cash flow, unfortunately they all race to the bottom to beat each other in monthly fee. That said, he should have the cash.

    That said, what Ken said...
