Power Dialing Distressed Home Owners- Real Estate
Im fortunate to have stumbled across this forum. I'm a forum junkie, and typically gain a majority of my advice from such resources.
Company Background
Im partner to a Real Estate Acquisition company, where our business model is targeting distressed home owners (Financial, or situational distress such as divorce, death, medical ect.), and buy their property for 50-60% of its current value, and fix/flip the property or sell the contract to another investor for a profit. We're 8-months yound and doing well.....we had a 250k net in Decemeber, and a 150k net this month.
Current Marketing
- Direct Mail (10,000pc per month)
- Bandit Signs (300pc per month)
- People door knocking PreForeclosures
- National Landing page (still in development- 6 months out)
Problem- Offline Cost per lead is very expensive! In Phoenix we're averaging ~$100/lead.
