I tried looking into hot lead finder but I can't find a good working version.

How are u guys going about collecting potential client numbers to contact them about offering website design services?

    You need to be specific.

    Do you need phone numbers of any industry or niche specific?
    How much do you need?
    Are you looking for businesses with ugly websites, flash websites, non-optimized for mobile ... or just any businesses will do?

    If you just need phone numbers to call, you can find all businesses with phone number on google my business, yellow pages or even yelp.

    Or you can use tool like scrapebox to scrape thousands in seconds, including their website URL.

    But if you start using tools, you'll waste your time tinkering with it instead of start calling and making money.

    Or pay $5 for someone to scrape for you on fiverr (search: scrapebox on fiverr).
