Phone systems for telemarketing outsourcers

Hey Warriors,

I am looking to bring on some telephone sales reps. Does anyone have experience using any phone systems that can be used for telemarketers from overseas that will allow me to be able to track and record calls?

Any assistance will be appreciated!

    Don't know about tracking but if you want to record your calls,you download an app called Call Recorder.

    there are a lot my employer use a system and skype as dialer

    google voice is also used

    Don't use skype. You'll most likely just get the account banned. Seriously, been there, done that. I haven't used Google voice, but I find Ring Central to do just fine. There's about a second delay, but that's common in most VOIP.
