PLR/MRR for offline business website

HI, I am aware that this has probably already been done to death and there are lots of plr products around, but i am struggling with google searches and have bought a few packages that were not great...so thought I would ask here, here's hoping!

I need content to create a web services/website design business. Offering services such as logo creation, content creation, animation etc. I am confident that I can get the work, and an happy to outsource via fiverr etc so that is not an issue. I am comfortable with the software and technology to adjust, but dont have certain flares (or patience) to make images, put stuff together etc....ok that is my explanation for looking for PLR rather than creating it all.

So reason i have asked in this forum as it is for a local, offline businesses - actually going to local businesses and seeing what digital/web work they may jump at.

ANY thoughts or links, pointers - maybe actual plr that you have used and was impressed with, or seen....

Kind regards,

Alan

So you're looking for portfolio content or visual elements to design a website?

Yes, information and images that I can use to create a website to offer web services that I will hopefully then outsource...

You plan to offer web services that you will hopefully then outsource?!? So why not START outsourcing the content/images you need for yourself instead of looking for PLR or a business website? Maybe this way you can build your pool of freelancers for your outsourcing business.

Good idea thanks, may just go down that route but was thinking that there would already be plenty of ready-made business in a box type things about that people may have used here and could recommend..

I think you're looking for PLR on subjects like web design, internet marketing, social media, content marketing that might appeal to small businesses looking to hire a web designer? If so you could try Tiffany Lambert's plrminimart.com, Sue Fleckenstein's buyplrtoday.com, AureliusTjin has some good PLR at unstoppableplr.com/products and contentsparks.com has some really good quality content, too. Coachglue.com also has some great business PLR but it might not be quite the right subject area.

There is some really good PLR out there, but I know it isn't always easy to find.

HI, thanks for the reply - some very expensive plr access there, but again thanks for the links to resources

Might I suggest you partner with a writer, better, yet, a copywriter, and offer websites that are guaranteed to be different (content wise) from other companies and, more over, have content that converts?

I once talked to a guy who had someone like you create a site... he was happy with... that I made him unhappy about... when I pointed out that the same content (almost word-for-word) was on at least 19 other sites...

You really could use it to a) differentiate yourself and, therefore, have an easier time getting clients and b) charge more (not only to be able to afford your writer/copywriter but to pay yourself more for the great idea and product that does more than just exist).

I am a bit lost on this post Perhaps you should outsource your work.
I do a lot of work with real estate agents in my local area. Also other businesses but most Agents I have found that a lot of businesses are also outsourcing the work to India because it is a low cost. A lot of graphic work is done in India now just because the work here In Canada is so expensive you can work from home and get graphics done for next to nothing. Robert

If you cant afford a writer then PLR is the next best thing... I have been using PLR for over 10 years now and had some good success with it
