Selling Websites in a Niche business

Through my years of selling I have defined a niche offline business that is in need of cheap templated websites. I plan on first contacting these B2B businesses with a post card mailing and then follow up with emails or calls.

Pricing would be $99 down and $69 a month for 15 months. Very affordable . After the 15 months, it becomes $39 a month. Looking for a recurring revenue stream.

They are simple 5 to 7 page WordPress sites that are mobile friendly, seo best practices etc.

Any suggestions on my approach?

    You have loads of sites selling websites now that this must be a easy search to do. Just put out in google your niche and websites or wordpress sites. example blog wordpress sites. Plumbers wordpress sites Must get results I just purchased a blog site wp-clear they have a large collection of wordpress sites but the cost is $50+ I even use premium press a lot more expensive Robert
