Best tool for Online Reputation Management (ORM) prospecting / lead generation?
I was just searching for some software to prospect for businesses that need ORM but couldn't find anything fairly quickly. I will still be looking but wondering if anyone knows of any current software and if they're using it, how good it is.
In the past (2014) I owned Local Reputation Hero and Local Leads Hero but wasn't pursing ORM that heavily at the time... stopped using them and then the licensed expired. I went to the sites for them and they are still there... but enough of the links are broken to make me suspect that it's been abandoned.
So... anyone out there with any suggestions? I would love to be able to be able to load up some software and tell it to search for Hair Salons in xxxxx area code (or specified city) with < 3 stars and have it bring up a list. Then do that for for other categories/cities.
