New HomeOwner/ Mover List?
Hi. 
Can anyone point me to a trusted resource to buy a new homeowner/mover list?
I've been searching for a few days and I'm confused on which ones are trust worthy and which ones aren't.
I used a mailing list service years ago ( before kids) and OMG 75% of the mailings were returned to me because the addresses weren't real. I don't want that to happen again.
I'm not looking for EDDM since I need a specific buyer for this niche.
