Hi - anyone know of ideas / email campaigns for cosmetic surgeons to re-activate and get return business from their existing database? I can definitely imagine their existing client base would want more services and I've heard of this happening but I can't wrap my head around what sort of campaign would be good for this.

    Seriously, how many women who've had botox once and stopped can you convince to get botox again? Just heard a show on the radio about 28 olds getting botox and planning another one in 4 months... She wants to be perfect forever. Don't blame her, help her.

    How many women who had breast work can you convince to get a tummy tuck or face lift?

    How many who had face lift can you convince to get botox, or do something about that sagging/wrinkley neck?

    Think like the customers... What procedures goes with what other procedure?

    Follow the letter with phone calls, emails, send them videos, send them good offers, again and again, via many media.
