Suggest industries for my call center

Whats up crew,

Its my first post here, I know there are some good resources here so I'm asking for some Suggestions or Ideas.

I run a 33 seat call center that sets exclusive leads/appointments for a Solar company. Currently we are overloading them and for multiple reasons can't route the extras we have to another company. I'm only at a third total capacity for filled seats and need to ramp up in another industry to make up the difference.

Infrastructure is in place and operations are pinned down tight. Make some suggestions for what I should do with my empty 20 seats. Our forte is cold calling, email marketing and direct mailers in that order with cold calling being 90% of it.

Best
Sam

Are you looking only to call on homeowners/consumers and not businesses?

Maybe I'm not understanding the question but just get people calling in another industry. Set home improvement appointments or open a inside sales department. I used to have a call center of about 25 people setting home improvement and solar leads now im mainly an inside sales firm for large companies.

Thumb through the Yellow Pages from any big city. You'll have more ideas than you can handle.
