Social, Chatty Job..Door-to-Door, Business-to-business?

I'm new to this. I 'm looking for a social, chatty job with my own hours. Maybe door-to-door or business-to-business.

Can someone steer me in the right the direction.

I don't mind approaching people and talking. And I would prefer that over sitting at home on my laptop all day.

      Well I was thinking my personality and willingness to approach business would help in something internet marketing related, such as selling social media consulting or something else?

        OK, can you or do you have the ability to sell? are you a social media wiz, do you know anything about it, and or any of the other many services offered? or are you a green horn pocking your nose into shadows to see what jumps out at you?

        Just asking because you, by your profile have been here since 2014 and this is your first question? one can not be to careful with stacked accounts and paid forum posters, posting silly questions just to make a dead forum active?

    If you are comfortable making cold calls and all that entails then I am sure many companies would be happy to have you selling, setting appointments, etc. Advertising sales is always looking, local publications, web service companies anyone selling B2B. You call on Small Business owners and get them to buy. Or folks like insurance agents, brokers always want appointments set for them. Solar is another big industry, here in the south west.

      Noooooooooo! As a person that left that mess I can tell you there's no money (or love, healthiness, reality, etc) in it. It's like a bad MLM where you give up your own money just to learn to be obnoxious and drive your friends and family away so that when you leave it someday nobody is there anymore.

      Surely there's something else to sell. Black market body parts, girl scout cookies, drugs, just about anything else, lol. You sell your soul as a JW and it's tough to ever get it back.

    On National Geographic, I saw a documentary on bounty hunters. They make their own hours and they chat to relatives of their prey in order to apprehend them.

    After you gain more experience, you can have your own reality TV show.

      Got me thinking that maybe he could chat his way into a side gig as a "repo man".

      Social skills would certainly be a plus.

      Sell aluminum siding during the day, and repo it off the houses that don't make their payments in the evening.

      Make money coming and going.

    You could do a 9x12 card (look it up on here) that Bob Ross used to teach. Basically, if you're willing and able to go cold call in person you have a leg up on many. You just have to find what to sell, and much of that depends on your interests and skills. As you go along you can sharpen your actual salesmanship.
