Hi,

I had recently created a new social network called mymuslimbook.com and I was wondering what would be the best way to promote it.

P.s its for anyone to join and I don't want to just target muslims

    You may want to post this in the main forum too.

    While offline marketing (not offline marketing consulting) will work to promote it, I think you will get more bang for you buck in online marketing.

    Beacuse I study that for promotions maybe i can give you some tips for example first tell all your friends for that and ask they to tell their friend then made come commercial for that maybe use FB . This is like a first step .

    If it's not too late then maybe it might be a good idea to think of a better name for it is if your intent isn't just to target Muslims. That alone can greatly help the promotion of the site. Just my two cents about it.

    When it comes to promoting a social network perhaps trying to promote it on college campuses near you might be a good idea. If you're trying to target more of an audience perhaps posting ads up for people in different countries to do similar. Or gathering up numbers of local stores in areas you want to advertise that might yield a lot of exposure. I could see a lot of people posting up an ad for your site for like. $50 a month & just by putting it in their window could result in a lot of new member for you.
