Offline Marketing Membership Site

I have 6 years experience in doing offline marketing for clients. I'm wanting to create a membership site that will have videos teaching the ins and outs of how I do my marketing for my clients (most of which are small business owners like lawyers, chiropractors, dog walkers, etc.)
I will teach the tricks I used to get my first 5 clients in just one month of doing this business. I will show a lay-out of how and what I charge for my service.
Even some of the strats I use get my clients on the first page of google, bing, and yahoo w/in 24 hours.
I just want to get some feedback of what you all think this is worth because I have had some buddies look at what I'm going to teach, and have been told to charge everywhere from $47-$97/month. Or doing a straight one time fee of $297. I don't want to feel as if I'm over charging but at the same time don't want to undercut it's value. I was thinking about setting up a 5 day free trial or something too, to give everybody a chance to figure out if it's worth the money before getting charged anything.
The website has about 15 videos on it already but I still have a lot to add so all together should be pushing near 40-50 videos.
Any pricing advice? Figure since you all know what the quality of this experience is worth you all could give me a straight shot charging price.
Thanks for the help!

Always charge based on the value you provide. But seeing that you don't have a reputation here, you may want to charge less to get reviews at first.

I don't know how much background work you have done on this but there are a few considerations that you must look into before investing money on this.

    1. What sort of problems does your target market face?
    2. What sort of problems does your ideal customer in this target market face (its one thing for you to have solutions YOU know work but its another thing for them to be focused on other problems or even oblivious of their problems!)?
    3. Are they currently looking for solutions to those problems or are they happy 'living with them'
    4. Are they currently solving those problems by learning solutions on a monthly basis?
    5. Are they currently spending money on solving those problems which currently includes learning solutions on a monthly basis?
There are indeed membership sites across various industries and markets and subscription services are a form of membership (and we all pay subs for various services)- but one thing to bear in mind is that local business owners are not internet marketers.

Just a few thought which you may have already taken into consideration already.
