Offline Success!! $50k+ contract
Almost everything I have done in the past has been online. I have several CB products that do OK, one even doing about $2k per month.
Then I had an opportunity to meet with a GM of a small company that does several million in sales every year.
Before the meeting, I went thru several offline WSO's here - bought them and poured thru them and LEARNED what to say and what to show them.
I emailed a couple of videos before the meeting and then went to the meeting armed to the teeth with Goodies.
They signed a 2 year+ contract for $5k down and $1,500/month. I put the "+" in there because I also have 8 YEARS of trailing residuals based on increases in profits.
This was all one month ago...
One month later they are on page one for multiple keywords and traffic is up 30% to their site. I am also writing a hardcopy book for them (all outsourced of course) and it will be coming out in about a month.
They have a Twitter page, a Youtube page, a blog, and this next month I will be doing article and social bookmarking for deep linking to the interior pages of their site.
The WSO's I purchased for the material are by the people you see all the time doing WSO's on offline success - need I say more?
The GM is so happy that she has already referred 4 more people. I may have to spend a week whitewater rafting (all at no expense), a week touring a steel factory, and a week learning the inner workings of a commercial landscaping company.
Besides redoing the onsite SEO, everything is outsourced to people here on the forum or on fiverr.
After I get a couple more contracts, I'll be thinking about scaling up and hiring a couple of sales people.
Needless to say - I'm excited. Ain't IM grand?
